I have set up an ad for our product "HopStop.' I can't find the ad although I have signed into Google Ads.

 

We put a cap on our profile of $100.00 but have been charged $250.00 on 18/5/13.

 

Please explain how this occured and kindly cancel the ad ASAP and refund $150.00

In order to protect your AdWords privacy, I advise you to remove any sensitive information from your post. All you need to do is to click the Options button and select Edit post.
