Forceful invoicing payments?

Visitor ✭ ✭ ✭

Our digital agency is NOT supported by Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team - how can we be supported by a team that we had no idea existed & we have never once communicated with? We don't even want to be supported by Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team as their support is in no way beneficial to us.

However, all of a sudden, we are being forced to switch our payment method from automatic payments to invoicing payments with the reason being that this is being imposed on all AdWords accounts which received support from Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team - this should not affect our agency.

What is going on, Google?

Hmm... Interesting...

Let me ask a Google billing specialist to look into that.

Hi All,

Thanks @MosheTLV for flagging this thread.

@Tanya Hyacinth F - I've replied to your email with details about your particular case (since we do not discuss account specifics on the public Community).

For others interested in this topic, we are changing our credit card acceptance policies for our "Large Customer Sales" (LCS) product offering. This change impacts only those in LCS on credit cards, <1% of all AdWords customers. If you are impacted, your account team will reach out to you very soon. If you are unsure if you are an LCS customer, you can contact your assigned rep or our support team.

Hi, Kathleen.
Thank you for your response however, i won't be able to accept the answer provided as it doesn't address my concerns.

You said that only 2 of my child accounts are being moved to invoicing payment without offering any explanation as to why Google picked that particular 2 child accounts from many within my mother account.

These were also not addressed:
A) "Our digital agency is NOT supported by Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team - how can we be supported by a team that we had no idea existed & we have never once communicated with?"

B) "We don't even want to be supported by Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team as their support is in no way beneficial to us."

I'd appreciate concrete answers instead of fluff.
Thanks.
