Were in a mess! Due to a fall out among partners we seem to have a situation where we're being billed twice for similar campaigns. Is there anyway we can stop this happening? I only have this customer account number!

1. Please remove your CID so your account is not at risk. It is an open forum!
2. If there is a fall out among partners you're advised to double check the Billing Profiles and Billing Settings under the Billing tab. Chances are there are some old legacy data which are not appropriate after the changes.
