Our account has been suspended for not being able to verify billing information. Can anyone out there please offer suggestions or advice. The text below is the last communication(email) we have received.

Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

Hi, It happens when you repeatedly violate AdWords policies using the same website & billing information. The only way I believe can resolve your problem is - Get a new Website and Credit card a new adwords account. And make sure your products/services does not conflict with Google or Adwords policies otherwise just in few days you will be facing the same problem with your new account too.

Hi,

 

Start fresh account with updated ads, fresh content on your website and different domain. Landing page should have address, terms and condition, disclaimer etc. Some times your credit card declined by Google because of your concern bank.
