Counting Clicks

Hi Team,

Wanted to check about the clicks and their billing.  In case a user searching on Google search clicks on an AD is faced with a firewall (mostly common in corporate restriction scenarios) resulting in the sponsored AD not opening, would this be counted as a click/billing for the advertiser?

Hi Anuj,

As far as I know, as long as there is a click on the Googles search page, it is counted as a click. If your page is not allowed to open in corporate environments etc., that doesn't matter. This is like saying that if someone clicked your ad, but their internet went off after they clicked it which means they didnt land on your page, the advertiser should not be charged! This doesnt seem fair! Smiley Happy

Hope this helps!
