Could not verify billing and my adwords account has suspended.

My customer id is 243-175-4536 and i recently signed up for google adwords have no related or other account and it got suspended with couple of days.It states that it does not comply with the adwords policy. Could you specify what adwords policy i am violating so that i could correct it.

 

 I have called support no help whatsoever.

I've been having largely a similar problem, and have had no luck trying to solve it through Google's email support as they merely explain that my account is still suspended for an error in my billing information. I have checked it time and time again, even used it to create other online ad campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn since having the issue with Google.
