Close and Refund

I sent refund request and It's been a year, I have not recieved the refund. I will now go to consumer forum if google adword team will not give my refund back to me.;

You'll need to address your issues with Google Support. Billing issues are sensitive and should be handled offline.

Hi, I am also getting similar issue with google adwords, trying to contact them but no response for refund amount.
