Changing billing information
My company has an ADwords account set up with Google. It is automatically charged onto a company credit card, but under an individual's name. That card is due to expire soon and is going to be cancelled because this person no longer works for us. BUT, I can't access the account because I don't know the username or password that was used to set up the account. The original person, whose credit card # is on the account, is no longer with us either. So now what do we do?? We don't want to close the account, just change the billing information to a valid credit card account. Can you help me?

I agree. Contacting Google is the best option for you since you don't even have he login details.
