Changing billing information question
Quick question just to make sure. Will the balance stay on the account or will it be billed prior to switching the billing info? We're switching a client's billing and don't want them to get billed for the current balance.

Can you clarify what you mean when you say you "switched a client's billing?"
Are you saying you changed the credit card you had on file? Or are you saying you switched them from manual payments to automatic payments? Or vice versa?
