Cant start campaign

Google ads message......Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information.


Have changed billing card twice now and still get the above message. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi there,

Are the ads accruing impression data? If you've already input payment information, the ads might be showing and that message is just showing in error.

Another thing to try to get rid of that message: clear the cache/cookies in your current browser. Or try using a new browser.

Let me know if none of that works.
