Can't set payment option to Manual from Automatic, keeps failing
I've been trying to set 'Billing settings' from Automatic to Manual, but can't. It keeps on failing and the following error message.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately it looks like your account is encountering a technical issue right now. I would recommend trying to clear your cache and cookies and trying another web browser to see if this will help, but other than that our engineers are working on this right now and we hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible.
