Can't add billling information
Whenever I click on "Billing Preferences", it automatically redirects me to the "Billing Summary" page.
I just created an account and campaign, and I'm unable to add my billing information because the system doesn't open the "Billing Preferences" page.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with that! I'd try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again, as this can sometimes help. If that doesn't work, I'd try another web browser (as it may be a browser issue you're experiencing).
If neither of these two actions helps, I'd contact AdWords support, as it may well be a technical issue you're experiencing.
