Can't activate account

Hi, Cant use new account beacause it says

 

Your account isn't active - To activate your account and start running your ads, enter your billing information.
 
But the billing information is all there, Google Help Chat just takes me to a Webform and submitting just doesn't work, HELP Google, I want to start my Campaign for the week-end but I can see no reason for this error message

Hi Richard,

 

When you go to campaign and point  ad status bubble what can you see?

If you still can see this message that mean your problem still remains with billing section, If not please let us know the message you can see there.

Hi Nisal, I see the ads status bubble now... it states that it is showing but not sure why the alert bar still says my account is not activated.

Hi

If your ad status saying its showing it means that your ad is displayed in
targeted area. Also if your ads are showing that mean your account is
active as well
