Campaign and Billing page discrepancies

This may just be delay in updating but my billing page and campagin page show different total costs. The campaing page looks like it is a day behind when reporting some statistics, but the total cost is not the same as the previous day in my billing page, the numbers just dont make sense.

Why is my billing page total more than double the total cost in my campaign page,  when the campaign page looks more accurate?

Thank you

Hi Maxwell,

Per this previous discussion here, Karl, a Google employee suggested:

"You should allow at least 24h for data to show up but make sure you are looking at the same date range in both places as usually it's the other way around - billing data shows up after campaign data."

When you're referring to totals, are you looking at daily totals or some other time period?  When I review my billing data, I'm able to properly match up clicks and costs to the same day on the campaigns tab.

Hope this helps!

-Tom

Thank you for your quick response.

After looking further into this as per your advice I had indeed set the time frame in my campaign page to display the last week. When set to monthly view the numbers total up perfectly.

Thank you for your help.
