Dear Google,

 

I made a bankwire payment with reference number 5067932800 14 days ago and the sum (300 CZK) has not been added to my AdWords account yet. I would like to know who could I contact or how to solve this problem.

Hi @Reemon D,

 

The best thing to do would be to open AdWords, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, and then call the phone number shown or click on Help (same place) and then use another method to interact with support. 

 

This community is here for technical support as we cannot see or access accounts or look into billing issues.
