Billing verification

Dears,

My students who are taking part of GOMC got their coupons code and credited their account and then started running their campaigns, it run for 3-4 days then their campagin stopped. I have so far 5 teams whose account did stop because the following notification.

One thing the students are using and it is according to GOMC guidelines that they are using their G+ as landing page.  Maybe this is the only reason that I can think of that doesn't comply with the terms and conditions of Adwords.

The teams did contact adwords by they are getting those template messages. Please can you help, as I couldn't help my students....
