Billing problem

I have recently registered my account on adwords, but unable to load my coupon. As the billing tab does not allow any other options as informed. My coupon is limited for until 30 July 2012. With the delay in fixing the system. Will I receive an extension on the coupon.

Hello kliptours;

Try using a different browser or clean cookies and cache - that should work;

The coupon expiry date is fixed and cannot be changed

Did you get any error message while redeeming the coupon in your account?

 

Also, have you included the billing details inside the account? Although your payment method will not be used until your coupon expires, but you will have to update the billing details with a valid payment method.

 

And as Moshe said, try clearing the cookies, cache and preferably try using Google Chrome for best usability of Adwords.

Difficulties in loading coupon

Dear Zee,

 I have received two coupon. One is for R500.00 and the other via email is for R300.00, real confusing.

I have registered my campaiagn as suggested, but when trying to load the coupon I could not get the neccessary information on the billing tab.

I phoned the toll free number for South Africa, and the person who answered was not an African, and he was uninpatient with his assistant (Alan).

Can I be assisted in loading my coupon as I really need this opportunity for my struggling company.

The compnies name is Kliptown B'B, Tourism and Transport services, the website is www.kliptowntours.co.za
