Billing page has been "SAVING" for more than 15 minutes.What can I try

Hi there.  I filled in all the fields, clicked Continue, and 15 minutes later, it's still showing "Saving".  There is no error message or any indication that I have left a field blank or made a mistake. What can I try?

Refresh the browser and try to save again

Hi MosheTLV, I tried refreshing and it did not work. Support suggested using Safari instead of Firefox. That worked.
