Billing issue

my account has this message running ( Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information. 
To activate your account and start running your ads)
but the money is deducted form my account 

how is it that the amount has been  deducted but there is missing info, i am very confused

There is a few hours lag on the account so could be that it hasn't caught up yet.
