Billing info in, but campaign page says no billing info?

I entered a CC, gave a promotion code, followed all directions, but the campaign isn't running.  I have a big red box that says, "you're campaign isn't running, because don't have your billing info."  But I've already entered it.  What's the deal?

Hey lsingly,

 

How much time has passed since you've entered the CC details? 

It might take 3-4 hours until that message would disappear.


If its been more than 3-4 hours - go to your "billing tab" and see whats written after the text "What you pay with" if it's blank - try to re-enter the details.

If its been more than 3-4 hours - go to your "billing tab" and see whats written after the text "What you pay with" if it's blank - try to re-enter the details.

Hi Isingly,

 

Asaf's advice is really good and I'd be surprised if that doesn't resolve the issue. If it doesn't try using the Ad Preview And Diagnosis (under the Tools & Analysis tab) to get more detailed information on what's wrong.
