Billing and activating account issues

I have provided my billing info and it has been verified (4 times), but my account is not active. Any clues as to why not?

Hi there,

It is possible that your account is under review. Google reviews other info as well, apart from billing info. If you've created campaigns, you can check the status under the ads tab, from the speech bubble. You can of course contact Google support If you feel it's been too long since your account went under review.
