Billing Verification problem when all correct

I don't know what to do. It keeps saying my account is suspended due to billing verification. Its the same billing address I've used for YEARS. I just started couple months ago and this came up the other day. so I decided to start over. Same thing. I'm lost on this. I'm so upset since this is my lively hood and no one is calling me. but my adwords express is working and its all the same account. I'm so discouraged. my site www.powaymobilenotary.com and its a godaddy website. I need help desperately.

I am concluding from your other postings, that your site had already been reviewed by a Policy specialist, and it was determined the suspension was correct. In that case, nothing much we can do;

PROBLEM WAS. BILLING VERIFICATION???? OMG.... WTHOLYF.... YOU NEED TO TELL
SOMEONE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS FINE.
HERE IS THE EMAIL BELOW. THIS IS THE CRAZIEST **bleep** IVE EVER IN MY LIFE
DEALT WITH. WOW. JUST WOW. WHAT A GOOGLE SCAM. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM
