Billing Suspension?? WHAT THE BEEEEEEEEP

I just received a mail from google after my account has been running for 3 weeks and spent a decent amount of money that is has been suspended due to inability to verify my billing info.

What does this mean? how is that even possible? I use that cc and address to pay my bills.

So if anybody can help me to understand what this means and how do I reverse this-since it seems I can't get a human to actually answer me-all automated messages....

Hey Toby,

 

I would go ahead and call Google directly, you will be able to get a hold of a human this way.

 

Has your card been charged yet? I've ran into the issue of Google trying to charge my card, but for some reason my bank account declines them, so I have to call my bank as well and give permission.

believe me if I could I would-the second your account is suspended you can't talk directly to a rep only fill out a form. and yes I was charged by google that's why I don't understand what's wrong-they already took a decent amount of my money suddenly they can't please can someone explain this?????

Have you received specific error/alert messages within your AdWords account, most likely in the billing section that provides a little more detail?

 

Hopefully a Google Community rep will chime in and offer some additional assistance as I'm not sure what to do other than try to get someone on the phone, although it doesn't sounds like that is an option at this point.

No that's the thing nothin-no warning at all-google charged me money and then suddenly decided they can't verify my billing info-if that's the case they should give me all my money back.
Seriously what is this-the worst thing I can't get a rep no matter how I try
that's why I was hoping someone here could tell me what could cause billing suspension.

Is it possible to ask that you might explain how my account or any account for that matter becomes under review due to billing-and what does it mean when google can't verify my billing info?
Because for about 3 weeks google charged my cc so I guess there wasn;t any problem in the begining...

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago. I called them immediately upon receiving my suspension e-mail, here is the response I received. "We cannot really tell you why you are suspended, it looks to me like everything here is correct, but we cannot give away what we look for when reviewing accounts."... yeah... so basically, they robbed you of a couple days of advertising. It was escalated and fixed the very next day. It will probably happen to you about twice a year.
