I am having the exact same problem. My billing information has been placed, yet I continue to get a notice saying it has not. If anyone has come to a solution please let me know! Much appreciated.

Hello Cody,

Sometimes it takes some time for adwords to remove the message after you have entered your billing info.
Today it should be OK. Isn't it?
