Billed by AdWords but never knew of a campaign

I was emailed by AdWords for balance due but never knew I had a campaign going or outstanding balance.

 

What do I do?

 

Last I knew, my AdWords campaign was rejected because I did not have a destination website setup, and I never did anything about it from that point.

Hi @Dan B,

 

You can go to AdWords, log in with your email (that the message came from) and view the billings section and contact AdWords support directly and discuss it. You can even request a refund and see what they can do.

 

1) Visit AdWords and log in.

2) Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.

3) Click on Billings. Here you will see all debits and credits and balance due.

4) Click back on the gear icon in upper right hand corner and call the number shown or click on Help and use another support method. 

 

Further, you can go ahead and click on Campaigns and pause all of them to ensure they are off. I like to pause Campaigns, Ad Groups and Keywords when I stop one.
