I was in the process of adding my credit card information and when I entered it and hit continue I got the Authorization failed: No reason provided error message, I know my credit card info is correct. What can I do?

Hello heathbiz,

In case of authorization failed, my advice would be to get in touch with your Bank immediately and see what could be the main cause for it.

However, if after contacting your Bank you find everything to be fine, feel free to call Adwords support or write back to them for the explanation.

Hope that helps!

Pankaj

Hi heathbiz,

The article linked to by Loraine is great. Since the instrument is a credit card I would also check with your card company (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.) who may have an answer also.
