About the only things you can do are:
1) Give it a few minutes and refresh the page.
2) Only use Google Chrome. Update it, log out, clear cache, disable all extensions and try again.
3) Open AdWords, click on gear icon in upper right hand corner and call the number shown for support... or click on Help (same place) and use another method to interact with support.
Only support can see/access your account, as we cannot, but one of the three above options will work.
