An error Has Occurred - Dismiss

I'm trying to update my billing information in Google Apps but I keep getting this error "An Error Has Occurred. Dismiss".


Not very informative. I've tried different browsers, doesn't help. Tried different credit cards, doesn't help.


There seem to be lots of similar post here from about 12 months ago, but that problem seems to have been fixed. Is this a google bug?

Hi Mark,


Just to clarify the issue your having with your Google Aps billing error, have you tried to clear your cookies and cache on every browser that has the problem? Also have you tried updating your Google Aps billing with a different device (tablet, smartphone, etc)?


At this time, I have had no reports of any billing issues with Adwords.
