Adwords Not Running

I have used the adwords account for a while so ikts not a new account. I have added funds to run the ads but the account shows not running due to verification. I have already verified the account when I opened ikt and have had ads running before. I tried contacting google but no replies.What do I have to do to either get a refund or get the ads running.

Hello,

 

When did you create the account? Is it long time back or just recently?

 

If you go to Billing Tab, what information does it gives? Does it show your primary form of payment mode active or not?

 

What is the current status of your ads? Eligible, under review or disapprove?

 

I would suggest you to speak with Adwords support for better account specific insights.
