Adwords Account Suspended Due To Suspicious Payment Activity

Well my new adwords account was suspended last week for "suspicious payment activity. However google managed to charge my bank account, then suspend my adwords account.

I DO NOT have and have never had any other adwords accounts.

And I certainly have never stolen a credit card or anyone's financial information.

I find it rather odd that google believes there is suspicious payment activity happening yet they were able to charge my credit card successfully and take MY money!

And just so I know I have this correct... Google is willing to take money they believe is stolen? Isn't that in fact stealing?

I am curious if a charge back is in order? I'd like to continue advertising but from what i have read that isn't going to happen.

Is there actually anybody on these forums that got their account reinstated that was suspended for "suspicious payment activity" ?

I'm sure there were few cases similar to this, but I believe contacting google team directly regarding this would be the best solution

It has been almost 2 weeks since my adwords account was suspended. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

I have not received a response from google. Only automated responses saying your situation is being placed as high priority... blah blah...
