Adword UK acc suspended Unverified billing info No reply from Google Whats the verification process?

I have an adwords account which i am using from India but since the parent company is in UK and the accounts are managed there, I am using a UK Credit Card. As soon as I entered my Billing Info within 24 hours the Account got Suspended. I got the following email:


While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

I wrote them a message given in this email, requesting that the suspension is an error because the Card is functioning, Address is Correct my Domain is virus free.. so I think the Suspension is an Error. But there is no reply since Jan 10 2012.

I have called google many times after that the summary of their reply is Billing Verification is a 3rd Party Process. We do not have any Details and we cannot commit a time period within which you will get a reply on that request.

 

Please help me with the same so that I know what information needs to be edited. I need to start campaigning soon. or if I create a new account I do not run into same problems.

It seems to me that the issue is not billing verification, but rather site policy violation;

Please share your website URL

the site is hosted in india. does that matter?

Hi Ramneet,

 

An account can be suspened for billing or policy or security reasons to name but a few. In this case, (I should stress I'm advising based on what you've wrote here, I don't know your account apecifics) the issue would seem to be we were unable to verify billing details. 

 

Under the billing tab I would update the billing details including address and phone number. Make sure it is the address and phone number connected to the card. Once this is done I recommend calling us. 

 

Again I stress becuase the resons for account suspension are dynamic I can't give a definative answer and with account suspension it is very difficult to get an account back online.

Thank you for replying. I am sorry I have not been able to get back sooner.. I checked with the Web Designer and as it turns out he was taking a lot of things from here and there so i have a new designer and m getting a new website. 

But my question now is why would the adwords tool display "unverified billing info" if the URL is the problem? Should not it be communicated clearly to me that my url is not following policies? This leaves me looking for what to fix the problems and get my account unsuspended.

Hi Ita

As you have said, My billing info is correct. The info on the account (phone address etc)is same as the card.

As for the calling Google Support part, you know this problem occured on 9th Jan and I had made back to back calls to Google UK, but I only called a rehearsed reply "Suspended accounts are not under our area.. our billing team would look into it and email you soon" I have waited for that reply since then. Its been 20 days now

I figured I could try Google US, They said the same thing and an individual took a charge of my account and made promises to reply but nothing.
