Ads not Running because We have no Recieved any Payment.

This is displayed on my account.Hello Guys, Good day!

 

I am new to ad mob and ad words. few days back my ad mob account crossed the monthly threshold and I updated my Billing profile to get paid. Now in my account there are 135$ (Payable Earnings) and I am getting this message " Your ads aren't running because we haven't received your payment.

Please make a payment." 
I don't know how to solve this, Please Help me out. what payment I have to make? How to make that payment? to whom this payment should be made? Anyone please solve my this problem.

Hi Sikander,

Are you seeing this in AdWords or AdMob? If it is in AdWords, you'll have to make a payment to run ads.
