AdWords stopped taking money from me

my ads are running, everything seems fine, except.....

the system stopped taking money from me since 22 Nov

what i spend daily is not transferred to Billing > Transaction history screen. Campaign activity for 22 Nov is not transferred compeletely, 23 and 24 Nov doesn't appear at all.

what may be the reason?

Hello,

 

it could be that your account has been affected by a known bug. Please check the other threads on the same topic.

 

Engineers are aware of the issue and they are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

There is currently no workaround available however the engineers are working on resolving the issue.

things have been back to normal for some time, however for some Customers the transaction history page may not be showing a full picture of usage since Nov 22, yet. This may cause some uncertainty. If you arre worried, please check the Campaign page for ads serving status.

everything back to normal as of now..

campaign activity for Nov 22 updated; 23, 24 & 25 added... all data up to moment..

hmmm.. same problem appeared again.. this time, billing data stuck by the end of Nov 27 (92% of the day is transferred to Billing tab as campaign activity).

 

Currently, no campaign activity for Nov 28 on billing tab.

 

campaigns are up & running, as in last time.
