AdWords account has been suspended

Hi All,



I got the same account suspended message "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."


There are two credit cards in the billing section (primary and secondary) , both have been charged 1 USD today morning , but the campaign is not active yet and the big red error message have not dissappeared 


Can somebody please help urgently and pass this to the security / Risk team? I'm able to provide any proofs about the creditability of the account and the credit cards used

Thanks for posting. This looks a little unusual, so I've asked our specialists to look into it for you and they should be in contact in the coming days. In the meantime though please remove your customer ID number from your post, as this is sensitive information you might not want to have on a public forum.
