AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information could not be verified

I dont know if i can get help from anybody, I use promotional code to pay into my google ads account, i still pay with my credit card twice, google receive this payment, and all i got was my account has been suspended, I need to run this ads now as soon as possible. I dony know what to do. I seriously need help.

 

I suggest to google to have a Livechat for there clients, i think this will be helpful, phone lines not going, no livechat, no ticketing, only email this awful

Is there any chance you had another account in the past ? that might have been the cause for the problem...

 

Anyway, I would suggst you to contact the Google AdWords team by phone - 

Enter here in order to see the working hours & days of support in your country.

  1. Do you mean that: AFTER first setting an account, having campaigns running, and  being charged by Google, - only then, you tried to redeem a coupon?
  2. How long had the account been active before you tried to redeem the coupon?
  3. How did you get the coupon?

I have an account before which i no longer use. I open another account for the campaign

answers to your questions

 

1. I setup an account first, then my  campaigns was setup but not running because my account was inactive, and  I redeemed my coupon first before paying into my account twice

 

2. The account has not been active at all

 

3. My Webhosting company gave it to me
