AdWords account has been suspended because of billing information?

Hi to community,

 

I have an insurance related website. I opened an account 3 months ago. Then I want to change currency from Turkish Liras to GBP. And google support team told me it is impossible so I change the email of my account, closed it then opened a new one with GBP currency.Added my Credit car, billing info as they are all same.

 

Then I created my  campaign,added keywords, ads,..everything. And push the button and started my campaign. However after couple of minutes I get this warning at the top:

 

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified."

 

But my billing info and CC address are all the same, my site is comply with Adwords Policy as they mention, the suspension reason is not this. Then I contacted the support team via phone, they told that Google Ireland has authority to handle this type of issues. Then I sent a ticket to support team, they auto reply it and said I violate Adwords Policy?

 

What does it mean? What is the real reason? Billing information or adwords policy? Please be transparent...

 

So it means I can never advertise in google? This is unfair. I am organizing my business.


I searched the forum and someone mentioned it is a common thing for new accounts and my account is under review. But they already told it is not under review, it is suspended. What do you think?

 

I need help from experienced members.

 

Please HELP me to unsuspend my account.

Hi thanks for your help.


I filled the form however I filled it in Turkish. Does it make any difference because I heard only google IRELAND staff has ability to review this kind of case.

 

What do you think? Do I need to fill it in English as well?

Hmmm...if you can, I would fill it in English. There should be a support team in Turkish; but to be "on the safe side"...

Really, I wish I asked you before I sent it..Smiley Sad So it means the team in Turkish try to solve the issue?

I think they don't have authority to review this kind of cases...

So is it ok to send it in English as well? Does it look spammy?

After your suggestion I sent the review request in English as well.

 

However The Turkish Support Team replied it like an automated message, They told their decision is negative and it is final decision.

 

I saw a lot of guys resolved their problem by contacting you and other experienced members.

 

How can I learn the reason of suspension and how to do to fix it. I am ready to do everything Adwods Policy wants but replies from support team are so generic.

 

I don't want to be out of this amazing traffic source.

 

I am waiting for your help. I can post my URL,ad groups ads here but their suspension reasons aren't related LPs or adgroups I think and I don't know what to do as an advertiser.

"No magics";

There are cases in which the procedures let us help to un-suspend an account. We only guide . The user can do it himself, since the procedure and guidelines are public (see below). In cases in which Google says the decision is final - we can't help either.

I just want a manual reviewing because I don't believe a human reviewed my case. I saw some cases that you or other contributors redirect some cases to real humans, that is why I said I need help.

I checked all the policy one by one and I couldn't find anything violates google TOS. Additionally there are a lot of sites out there like my site are advertising very smoothly. And majority of them are 1 page garbage sites.

 

My credit card name, adress and billing adress are exactly fit to my identity. I m not hiding anything and willing to pay thousands to advertising. But when I saw people open hundreds of accounts and using Adwords vouchers and success in my business, I am getting angry, I am sorry I don't deserve this as a customer.

 

Please consider my situation and show me the right direction. I saw a lot of cases solved here which have the same words "our decision is final" . I saw a lot of cases which the community manager redirected the case to Adwords. So I think sometimes bots made mistakes and human reviewers can understand it.

 

So please be a bridge between us and adwords team. I am really losing my motivation as a customer and don't want to give up. Please take care of my issue, I will appreciate.
