AdWords Account Suspended

Hi,

 

I recently opened a google AdWords account and it got suspended yesterday due to a "suspicious behavior in a payment activity", per the email received from google.

 

The Amex card I used to fund the account is issued to me and I would be more than happy to share a picture of it or do a conference call with Amex customer support and google support team confirming the ownership of my credit card. Waiting to have this resolved through email rather than a live conversation is very frustrating. Could you please escalate this issue for me or have someone from google support team call me to get this resolved as soon as possible? Thank you much!

I just received a generic response from the google support team regarding the violation of terms and conditions. I sent them another email requesting to have my case expedited to a manager or supervisor. I have a legitimate business with a Federal EIN number registered in the state of Oklahoma. The card used is a business credit card issued by Amex US to me (the owner of the business). I am more than willing to share my credit card statements or have Amex call the support team to confirm the ownership. I am not sure what triggered this billing issue other than logins from different IPs. It's because I am currently traveling overseas monitoring the development work of the website. Hopefully, you can reach out to a sane mind on the support team and have them look at the case again. Thank you much!

I already did and they came back this morning saying the suspension stays. I just asked them to expedite the issue to a manager. Can you please see to it? Thanks
