My original account was 547-332-4778 which was set up for manual payments. Something happened along the way and my account became 185-680-2764. I was told I couldn't make manual payments. I quit.
I have received an e-mail about the first account and would like to return to it if possible with manual payments, but when I log-in I go to the second account.
Can we do away with one of these so I can continue?

I think it would be best for you to contact support with this query, none of the forum members have access to your account to investigate or rectify any issues. (Also, you should remove your account number details from your post too) You can try either clicking the help link from within your account, or use the link below.
