Account suspension

Good morning. I have worked for 2 years with adwords without any problem, last month I started ads in several countries of the UE and change one of my credit cards. On monday adwords suspended my account for the reason "the billing adress can't be confirmed". When I sent them an email asking the reason of the suspension and the way to fix it they just simply answered "our experts have checked your account again and the suspension is correct", without giving me any other answer. Has anyone had that problem?

I am sorry for your account get suspended. 

 

Please copy / paste here the suspension email received from Google; Do not include any personal info (e.g. Email, Customer ID...)

 

So that the community experts here, can help you.

This was the first email I received:

"We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of your AdWords account (customer ID ----------------) or a connected account. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts and stopped your ads from running.

This suspension means that your ads in this account and any related accounts can no longer run, and you won't be able to open any new AdWords accounts. I sent them another email and they answerd me in spanish, this is the translation:

"Thank you for your patience during this process. Our specialists have revised the account and have confirmed that violates our AdWords policies. As this decision is final, the account can not be reactivated. Avoid creating additional AdWords accounts since the same suspension will apply.

Our support team can not provide you more details on the suspension"


The problem is that they don't give me further information, so I can't fix the problem, whatever it is. I'm totally sure there is no problem with my billing adress and my credit cards

Yes, All my suppliers are the official suppliers for Europe

I don't know what they meant by "uspicious behavior in the payment activity", Last week I raised my biddings a lot, but that's not against the google terms
