Account suspended, suspicious behaviour payment activity

Hi

 

I have recently opened the award account and make the deposit. My account reviewed and my ad also approved. I got 5 clicks and suddenly got that email from the google saying that "While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

 

I have my own credit card and that credit card was also used in my google wallet account about several months ago. So I fill up the " https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended " form and I write there that it is my credit card and I am using it for several years. If you want the proofs then let me know and I will post everything on that card, including statements, google wallet screenshot and video recording which will show that I am being login to my credit card control panel. I also said they that please ask me any other verification if you needs to.

 

Then after 3 days got the message that. "Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension."?????????

 

That triggers me alarm that why they are not even providing any general information that why my account is disabled.

 

In fact, I already told them while the review stage that ask me any proofs or whatever you need and so badly they have disabled my adword account.

 

So my question is that why the adwards block my account, plus not providing me the information that why they have disable my adword account.

 

Has the adword been really in the real biz???????

Unfortunately, we cannot help with billing issues since it requires in-depth check of the account activity - a task only Google can perform.

Thank you for your reply.

The Adwords not showing the correct messages regarding the issue. When I am on this page, then the red bar on the top showing the message that your account is suspended because we can't verify the billing details.

So I send the reply on the support email from which I got the messages from the adword with the proof of my credit card statements, proof of my billing details. Also the detailed screen cast, which showing that I am login to my credit card control panel and showing the adward payment transaction with the transaction id + the billing details of my card.

So it's been 24 hours passed and don't get a reply.

What you think that should I have to again submit the https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended with the proofs that I send to the support email?

Because the adword staffs are not bothering to request me any proofs and verifications and instead that just suspended my account.

Also what you think about adword did they treat like this with every client or it's just me ?

Please help me in this matter.

When you say: "I sent a reply". -Do you mean that you had submitted the form I linked?
If you did, let's wait for Google to reply.

Again thanks for your reply !

When I first receive the message from adword saying that my account suspended then they was gave me the link which you gave me. Then I was submit that form. Because I believe that I do not breach any terms and condition. So after 3 days I got the email from the adword saying that we again review and our decision is same.

But they don't said me any reason and they even don't bother me to ask the verification or proofs.

So when I googling about this issue then I found this community link where I am posting the questions. So when I am on this page then I found there are red bar at top saying that your account is suspended because we can't verify the billing details.

So I thought the are unable to verifying my billing details so I reply to that mail which I got after filling the form and after getting there email that our decision is final. So I reply them with the proofs even they don't ask me but I do submit them.

I think they are treating their customers like a crap. So it's been 2 days passed and I don't get any message.

So what you think that should I have to fill the form again with the proofs ?

If they were feeling that they can't verify the billing details then did they can't ask for the proofs or they are feeling like a boss. But they have to recall again that they are the boss but only due to their customer to which they are treating like a crap.

So please advice me what should I have to do ?

I have my legal business and legal cards and they are not bothering to take me as a customer.

Resubmit the form. Make sure to fully provide all details as requested, and provide all documentation required as requested during the process

Okay I will resubmit the form but the thing is that they don't even ask me for any verifications or documentation. However I will submit the proofs and documentation while resubmitting the form.

So just waiting for the reply.

I have got the reply from the google with the same message again that our specialist have review and our decision is final.

 

What's wrong with them, I have attached all the proofs without their asking but still the account not get approved.

 

I think I have to kick out the adword and move on to other advertising platform.

 

I was deposit the $100 for ad testing and $40 was got spend on the adword (When they did not block my account.), so how I can get back my $60.

 

Please advise me on this matter.
