Account suspended for suspicious payment activity?

Hallo there,

 

I set up an ad and it was reviewed, i paid and the money was received and i was told via email that my ad was under review that is why it was not showing so for some reason they will tell me. After a day or two the ad was running for like 30 minutes the ads stoped running but the money was deducted even after. I contact online support and i was just helped through some keywords after a while i got a notification that there was suspicion in payment method and ads were suspended.

 

Now the payment was made using online banking with FNB here in south africa and i did it my self because i have used the account for almost two years i do not know why it was suspended and i contacted them on it but have no response yet i provided them with account number, bank and asked if there is any other information they might need because i have everything for the account.

 

I need someone to clearly explain to me how does this work because i have not in anyway violated any rule by using internet bank transfer as i have done it before.

 

please someone help me.

I would highly suggest you to submit your account for review. A Specialist from Google will be assigned to the case and it might take 3-5 business days. In the mean time, do not create any new accounts please. Here's the link. (Provide as much as information possible)

I submitted a review to the specialist and i have not been contacted again so i am still waiting. You know that form you fill up suggesting they suspended your account wrongfully? thats what i used but havent been helped.
