Account suspended for suspicious payment activities
For context, I have 3 existing AdWord accounts (all of which use the same credit card).
I created another AdWord account in January for a different business I am operating (for accounting's sake, as I use different accounts for different businesses).
The campaign ran for half a day before it was suspended for suspicious payment activities.
As this was the first time I had encountered this, I switched to another credit card (my business partner's card) but the account was still suspended.
I have contacted support team, I have submitted the form for the specialists to review. Below are the responses I got:
Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.
Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
and later on, after I had replied the email:
Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts.

Support team cannot do anything as it is within the specialist team's expertise.
What exactly does suspicious payment activities mean? It's my own credit card and it should be a problem easily-resolved (verifying card info etc) and the frustrating aspect of this is that things are being bottlenecked - support team cannot advance it for me and the specialist team doesnt want to disclose anything either.
Anyone else had issues with this and managed to resolve it?

Unfortunately, we're further down the support chain here so there's very little we can do. I can understand how frustrating this can be.
Unfortunately, we don't know anything that you don't in this case. When it comes to suspicious payment issues, Google is super strict with disclosing information so it's not something that we're privy to.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if the account is suspended and you got re-reviewed (effectively two separate reviews), they must have spotted something pretty serious. Again, I know you're frustrated but there's nothing we can do on this end. Sorry we can't help you any further.
