Account suspended for promotiona​l credit.

Hello,

 

I got an email that my account is suspended.

 

Google email below:

 

Google maintains a high standard for the quality of our advertisements and 
our user experience. We have recently determined that your business 
maintains multiple AdWords accounts simultaneously serving ads for similar 
or related keywords and/or businesses.

In addition, our records indicate that some or all of these accounts were 
opened using promotional coupons limited to one redemption per individual 
or business. As a result, we have suspended your AdWords accounts and would 
ask that you refrain from creating additional accounts using other AdWords 
promotional coupons that you may already possess or obtain in the future.

 

I only have 1 account and I only used 2 coupons that were sent to me by Google. I tried to email Google several times but only getting same automated response.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

 

Recently we had a post on Promotional credits from Google Employee Gopa. I would like you to read about promotional credits.

 

There is nothing we can do about Suspended Accounts. We can only suggest you to contact Google Customer Care. Please read the above post may be it will help you to understand why your accout got suspended.

This is what google says about promotioanl credits

Multiple credits: Promotional offers are limited to one per customer so it won't be possible to redeem more than one promotion code for any Adwords account. If you have already applied a promotional credit to your account, you won't be able to redeem another.

thanks. I tried to call Google, but looks like phone support is not available for suspended accounts.

 

I have not violated any Google policies. One coupon I received whit my book purchased from Amazon and another coupon was sent to me by Google for Product listing ads.

 

Can somebody from Google team look into that?

Hi aras

It really doesnt matter how you got the cupons the fact remains that you can not apply 2 cupons to one account. The cupon is only meant for starting up your account and not recharging it again Smiley Happy

I would suggest you should just open a new account without cupon and start advertising Smiley Happy

The 2nd credit is for AdWords Product Listing Ads and I should not be suspended for that (valid for existing Google AdWords customers):

I have never used Promotional credits, so i am not able to provide you details from myself, i just checked a help center page Understanding promotional code issues

 

Copied some content that may interest you.

 

You applied a code that you didn't receive from Google

 

Google sometimes partners with certain companies to offer promotional codes (and those partners might have their own rules for a promotional code, so be sure to check them!). If you received a promotional code from a website or service that you don't have a business relationship with, it's possible that you've received an invalid code. Websites often have old codes that don't work. Before signing up to receive a promotional code, it's best to confirm that a service or company has a relationship with us. yes, I'm confused now. Not sure how to get in touch with Google since phone support does not accept my Adwords ID.

 

Any ideas? Those automated Google emails are not helping at all.
