Account suspended due to billing. Can't get a human reply. Please help

Hello, 

 

Today to my surprise when I logged in to my account I noticed that there's a message on top of the screen: "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified". I can't understand what change could have triggered it. I checked my credit card status and the billing details on the account and they were all fine. I don't have any other account and never had. I tried contacting Adwords but got an auto reply that my account is under review and quickly after another auto reply that yet again confirmed that my account is suspended.

I read on the forums here that it's a very common problem that can be resolved. Please assist.

Hmm...Interesting...


Have you verified that your billing address (including street number and zip code ) match those on record with the credit card issuer?


I will refer the case to Google asking a policy specialist to  recheck;

Don't be surprised if you NEVER hear anything back, Warren.  Google's concept of Customer Service is deeply rooted in science, specifically "Black Holes."  

 

That's where they send your legitimate concerns, and they can never escape.

I did hear back but it was again semi-auto reply (with the exact same text I already received). No real help or useful information on their (semi-auto) respond. You are right...

This usually means that you have had OR had another AdWords account that  violated the policy, - could it be?
