Account suspended because of billing information

A co worker made an account couple months ago. . . .and it ran well; we changed my billing info recently ( which is accurate; becasue they did charge it...and my bill reflect the charges) ...but then we saw that message one morning.
 
Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified.
 
Just recently we canceled that account and created a new one Sunday (DEC 2) with the same company info ....we changed the credit card information, it is correct as is reflected on the credit card bill, and we still got the message about >

So after charging our credit card we were booted . . . .i'm frustrated and do not know what to do . . . .whenever we call google we cannot get through to billing now anyone else because our ID number is not gonna go through because of the suspension.
 
We keep getting Vague messages, that aren't clear as to what the cause of the issue is.
 
What do i do?

I'm still awaiting for a specialist to contact me . . . . its been a week now, no word, nothing from google, and i bet 100% that im going to get another generic/ general message that says nor pinpoints nothing about my particular case.

We are having the exact same problem and we did exactly as SuperbDebt did. Our first account got suspended. We canceled it and even removed that google account all together, then suddenly our second account got suspended for the same reason.

 

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."

 

We cannot see what we are doing wrong. Our billing should be ok - we have allready been billed by Adwords a few times with the same creditcard on the same account. Now suddenly it does not work.

 

To stress the importance of this problem for us - we have just invested about 50% of our annual marketing budget on getting up and running with Adwords. Now we cannot even reach the support to ask what to do. We just want to know what's wrong so we can correct it.
