Account suddenly got suspended due to billing informatio​n, support not helping at all

Hi everybody,

 

Recently to our utter surprise, our more than 2 year old adwords account was suspended due to the following reason

 

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified.

 

Everything was going fine, just got one of my ads approved yesterday (usually all our ads are auto approved) and traffic was coming in as usual. Credit Card and Billing details are also up to date and correct and there was a payment from my CC to google just a few days ago.

 

But suddenly this happened with no PRIOR warnings whatsoever and support is not helpful at all.

 

I always used to go to chat support for all my needs and to my extreme surprise that option has just disappeared for me now. I tried calling them but whenever I punch in my cust id an automated message is played saying that my account is suspended due to violation of T&C and somethin like that.

 

And I have mailed twice and it just keeps on saying account is under specialist review which is also just an automated message.

 

It was already going very tough as one of our ads were approved in almost 3 days and the client is at our throat to see some traffic and leads but now this has happened. 

 

Please someone help us asap as adwords is the backbone of our business and we will try to do whatever possible to rectify anything wrong that might have happened only if we get any reason.

Hi johnland,

 

It's unfortunate that your account has been suspended.

 

Did you by chance was violating the Double Serving Policy? Creating multiple adwords accounts for a single business?

 

If you have already emailed to Adwords support, then I think one option would be to wait for their response on this matter.

As we promote many businesses there can be a chance that somone else might have promoted our client's website earlier but chances are rare.

 

But in the link you have given, its clearly mentioned that you will get a warning before and after multiple warnings your account will be suspended. We havent got a single warning ever, so much so none of our ads have ever been disapproved even!

 

Its already a day since I have mailed google and still no reply but I dont know If I will ever be able to talk to a real person at google about the problem!

Even if there is 1% chance, that may have resulted in the suspension because Adwords is very particular about the policies and violation of Double Serving leads advertisers to no chance. I am afraid but that's the reality.

But We never got any warning.. And if they tell us whats the problem we can solve it right away.. Will Google not even allow us to rectify our mistake even once? If it is like this, Its a terrible business model and We made a huge mistake by relying on adwords for our advertising needs so much!

I would advise you to wait for the reply from Adwords support's end. Let's see what they have to say.
