Account is suspended after loosing my credit card

My account is suspended for "suspicious payment activity" and I cannot figure out how to fix the problem.  I have been on the phone with google numerous times and no one will tell me what the problem is.  I lost my credit card and forgot to update the google account when the new one came in. (I had placed a stop payment on the old one, so when google tried to charge it, the payment would not go through).  I also recently got married and the credit card is in my married name where as the google adwords account is in my maiden name which I still use for business purposes.  That is the only thing I can think of, but no one will confirm or deny.  I have received a message saying the decision is final, but I still have no idea what the problem is.  Now it seems I am banned from adwords for life!?  Also, my google account still has a balance on it, but when I try to pay it, an error message comes up saying payment will not go through because my account is suspended.  Now adwords says they are going to report me to a collection agency.  I have tried everything including putting in all of my active credit cards and my bank account.  Please HELP!

Ok thank you. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with various departments at google and no one seems to be able to help me or tell me what is going on. I am going to be very upset if I end up in collections as I have been trying to pay this for the past 3 weeks. Please help!

Hi Mini,

I have only received the same form email I keep getting--this is crazy.
They are preparing to send me to collections for a bill I have been trying
to pay! Please have someone call me ASAP. I cannot get through to anyone
no matter what I try. I am getting really desperate.

Please help!
