Account Under Review - Thrice A Week

Good Day,

 

Adwords forum has helped me a lot in the past. We started to advertise through Adwords last month and things were working fine. For past two weeks; account is being reviewed due to billing and security reasons. And its been two weeks we started to test our web design campaign. It starts to work itself after 24-36 hours and suddenly it gets under review. Following message is displayed:

 

Your account is currently under review. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information, which takes about 2-3 business days. Your ads won't show during this time period, but they'll automatically be eligible to show again as soon as the review is complete.

 

We are advertising Web Design and Development Business; We have nothing against adwords policies and web site is according to adwords policies and nothing hidden about it. Its clear towards users, buyers and other advertisers. We are in process of optimizing our campaign and sometime we have to lower/higher the CPC to check our standings in one particular reasons. Is this the reason? So far we have not generated any revenue as we are optimizing the campaign. We called adwords support to optimize, they said to run the ads for few days to check results; but Google automatic system puts under review. Can some expert give their opinion about this issue? Usually it happens in the start and end of the week (business days) which leaves us no where to contact adwords support. We are new to online advertising and learning (Perhaps learnt a lot in last two months); Can anyone here help us fix this issue so we can go smooth please? We do not have any billing issues and we are paying Adwords through MCC account smoothly. 

 

Do we have to call Adwords support over and over again? But when we call regarding the account they said its routine check up through auto-system. How can this issue be fixed permanently?

 

PS: I talked to some one online; they said its better if we move on dedicated hosting server, right now we are on shared hosting through Godaddy. This can be the case?
