Account Transfer Correction

So our campaign for this client ended with 2016 and we received yesterday a "Debit Memo" that is charging us for an "account transfer correction."  If anyone could shed some light on what this means or why it is showing up three months after the completion of our campaign please help!

Hi Julia,

 

I would contact AdWords Support and ask them to review the charge and explain in detail. Open up AdWords, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and call the number shown or click on Help and use another method to interact with support. This is the best way to get to the precise reason since there are a few possible explanations for it.
