Account Suspended, no details provided ..

Hi, 


#1. 

We had an adwords account.
The account was initially created by a partner who got fired.
After leaving the company, he did a chargeback. 
The account got suspended. 


2. 

When we contacted google, the usual answer was .. please wait while we check it .. please pay any outstanding balance if there is in the account while we check it.
I entered my credit card and paid google to wait for answer. 

The account got activated and then suspended saying "unable to verify billing details"


3. 

Since the account was in the partners name, I went in and created a  new account and entered all my correct detail, no mention of the first partner anywhere.

This 'new' account got suspended also. Reason: The card used in this new a/c was the card used to pay for a suspended account where there was a chargeback. huh?

5. Google’s Reply:
Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.
Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.


Questions:

1. Why am I suspended for paying google ?
2. Should I not have paid Google, but just ignored the first account ( which was not even in my name ) and just created a new account and used it ?
3. What should I have done/not-done ? or why exactly am I penalized here ?

 

I would like to have some clarity on the situation.

Hi Shashi,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I have done what I can do escalate your case within Google - hopefully the outcome thus far can be over-ridden post-review.

I with you all the best - hopefully someone will be in touch with you from Google soon as a result of this escalation.

I appreciate you trying to help, but I need to know exactly what went wrong, and why am I being penalized? Does the same  payment policy  applies to Google cloud as well, where we are trying to migrate everything to Google cloud ?
